Offer from Barclays

Having 15 years of experience throughout in tcs ( development, now into Scrum master role ). Got an offer from Barclays for the scrum master role with 24L CTC for BA4 role, existing is 17L CTC. Is it good to join Barclays?

Barclays will be better than TCS in terms of learning and growth.

TC is still less, negotiate for more. Once you join it won't increase that much.
