Offer from AWS Dublin

Backend engineer, 7+ YoE. I recently got an offer from AWS Dublin for an SDE-2 role. Their offer is as follows:

Base pay: €100,000 Relocation bonus Joining bonus (for first and second years) RSUs (with a vesting period of 4%, 16%, 40%, 40% over 4 years)

I wanted to know from people here whether this offer is decent or is it low-balling per AWS standards? And anyone who may have gone through the transition from India to Dublin, is it worthwhile? Any factors that I should consider while making the choice?
