Offer from ANZ bangalore

Hi all, I got a offer from ANZ . I have around 6.5 yrs exp with CTC 13.4lpa. Anz offers 24lpa fixed for senior engineer L4.4 position. Is it worth joining in ANZAnz. It’s pure banking domain web apps. Kindly let me know all your thought’s

ANZ has the best wlb as i am working on one of its project. Cant say about the developers learning part yes they use the new tech as i have encountered with my engg. I guess ctc wise they offered u good. So go ahead with it.
