Offer from Accenture
I got an offer from Accenture with 40% raise. Currently in TCS, having approved i140 and petition. Should I stay or leave?

i140 means?

It is “Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker,” is a form filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by an employer on behalf of a foreign worker. The purpose of the I-140 petition is to establish that the foreign worker is eligible for permanent residency (a green card) based on employment. The form is typically used for employment-based immigrant visa categories such as EB-1 (priority workers), EB-2 (professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability), and EB-3 (skilled workers, professionals, and other workers).
In summary, the I-140 is a key step in the employment-based immigration process, helping the foreign national secure permanent residency in the U.S. through their employment.

Stay in TCS. Get permanent residency in US. Switch after getting there.
India is no more habitable.

Leave. A 40% raise is substantial. TCS might have stability, but money talks.

Stay. No doubt about that

Cant Accenture Transfer your I140? I140 will help in long run.. As an option2 go to onsite and switch there which transfer I140 to new company

Tcs is sending ppl back from onsite and firing senior guys at onsite.

Leave please else you will regret and might not get this offer again .....I had done this and now regret because no promotion, no transfer request accepted

Great 👍
