Offer from a tech firm - brand manager

Hi grapeviners! My current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed + variable - usually get 100%)

I have an offer - Fixed + variable - 32 LPA RSU - 10 LPA (vesting period 4 years)

Total 42.

Do you guys think it’s a good offer? Or should I negotiate further?
