Offer from a tech firm - Brand Manager

Hi! I have an offer from a tech firm. Current CTC - 24LPA (fixed + variable). End up getting 100%.

Offer - 32LPA (fixed + variable (4.8)) RSU - 10L vested over 4 years.

Technically, CTC is 34.5 (considering 2.5L/year from RSU).

Brand manager with almost 6 years of work ex.

Is this a good offer? Thoughts please?
