Offer evaluation - Tech support

I am currently working in IBM as Production Support , for a German based Telecom client , for 4.5LPA , 2.8YOE , I Hold an offer from an MNC for Middleware operations at 5.5LPA , Is it worth switching ? The client is a Wealth management firm based in Europe , I am worried as people told me banking based support roles are hard ? Does anyone have experience with the same? ty.

Currently SQL , Apache + Tomcat server , Java application deployment support + Amdocs billing systems + IBM Websphere .

It's not worth it to switch bro unless you atleast get 7

i talked to seniors and they told to get 7lpa it will take 4-5 in support

i guess the best option is to take this 5.5 the do one more switch 1-2 y for 7LPA ,Staying
here u only get 5% hike, this is atleast 22%

Nope, this looks only Cost of living adjustment only. You could be practically without a hike for the next year, and considering that this is very nominal

What is ur Band 4.5LPA is for 6G Band which is for freshers after a year it changes to 6A salary become 6.5 u with 2.8 year how is ur salary still 4.5
