Current CTC : 8L INR Fixed Pay : 7.25L INR Variable Pay : 75k INR YoE: 2.5 years

I've received an offer from a healthcare company for 15L INR

Fixed Pay: 14.28L INR Variable Pay : 72k INR

This salary hike is really good so I've accepted it, just wanted to know if this is the current market standards for a full stack developer - 2 YoE (.NET core C#, React, Azure).
