Yahoo at one time had a brand value higher than Google. It doesn't command the same value that it once did, but it's still higher than most Indian companies.
You will see that many leaders in FAANG, have worked in Yahoo.
I can't say anything specific about the current culture in India but otherwise it seems like a no-brainer to go with Yahoo.
Specifically Yahoo Finance is considered top tier in Finance media.
You should also post this question on blind to get a more informed opinion from the globally exposed audience.
Finally salary matters which feeds your stomach. Wherever they give salary they take the corresponding work. But before switching health of the company to be assesed based on duration of your staying with that company. Branding really doesn't give you salary vice-versa.
