Offer Evaluation

Currently working in big 4, YOE - 4 years Current Fixed: 30 lpa, 10% variable; Offer: 35 lpa + 10% variable from another big 4 Reason for switch is team. I want to switch but isn't the offer too low to switch? Probably, appraisal this year will make me closer to 35 lpa. How to negotiate?
