Hi folks, I’m currently evaluating an offer from Samsung R&D, Noida for an Android Developer role. Experience: 6.5 years CTC offered: 29.5 LPA (27.6 LPA fixed) Current Ctc: 21.2(All fixed)
I wanted to understand whether this compensation is at par with current industry standards for my experience level, especially for product-based companies.
