LAID OFF from Oracle.(Remote) Current TC :- 36 LPA BASE + 7 LPA ESOPS

Offers :-

Salesforce:- 46 lpa base + 10 LPA ESOPS+ 15% variable.(Hyderabad or Bengaluru) (HR is very rude and whenever I'm asking to negotiate she is saying you are blindly following money only. And on what basis you want extra amount)

Ferguson:- 43 lpa base + 10% variable.(Bengaluru) (People are really great here. Many employees are working for more than 10 years. So org is very stable and No layoffs).

Salesforce is great as an organisation plus brand value. I know I'm lowballed but HR doesn't want to negotiate.

Ferguson (GCC) is old organisation plus a stable organisation.
