Pick any as a fresher it won't make much difference, you gotta learn/experience literally everything out there & after 1/2 year you'll still change doesn't matter which one you choose.

When I was a new grad, I don't know I dreamt of joining DEShaw, such was the aura mostly because it always picked the smartest folks. I have no idea how's it now.
