Current ctc - 12.5 lpa fixed+ 0-21% variable
Got an offer from a big 4 with 16.25 lpa fixed and 10% variable.
Is it a good offer? Shall I take it? They are accepting 3 months np.
Take it. It is a good offer. With Big 4 Tag , you can pitch more in next switch

Hey mate... I came from exactly ur situation.... ACN TO DUSI... FROM 12.5... last yr. And know, many more companies would accept you if you just pass their round 1- technical round. So good opportunities there too.. BEST OF LUCK! (btw, lowkey, ACN was very chill, miss that!)

Accept it, but try for some other company in those 3 months
