Need some quick advice from the community.

I’m currently evaluating a few offers and would appreciate insights from people who have worked with these organizations.

• Genpact – 36.3 LPA CTC (10% variable), MLOps role, Hyderabad
• GlobalLogic – 32 LPA fixed, DevOps role, Hyderabad
• HCLTech – 39 LPA CTC, DevOps role, Noida

My last working day is in about 20 days, so I need to make a decision soon.

From a long-term career growth and learning perspective (especially in Cloud/DevOps vs MLOps), which option would you recommend?
