Offer Discussion !! Drop your valuable advice..

I have received two job offers for an SDET role and would appreciate your advice on which one to choose:

  1. Rocket Software (a product-based company with a smaller scale) - Offer: 17.50 Lacs, Location: Remote
  2. Wipro - Offer: 20 Lacs, Project: Investment firm (Black Stone), Location: Gurgaon

With 3 years of work experience, I'm seeking guidance to make an informed decision that aligns with my career goals. Your advice will be invaluable in helping me choose the right opportunity.

Rocket, no doubt. You'll save a lot be remote. Just make sure they don't ask you to relocate later on. Check with employees.

In the initial month, I have to go to the office at Rocket, but that's in Pune, and I'm already based in Pune.

Better go for Rocket software. First it's product based and 2nd is it's completely remote.

As wiproite I can say blindly go for Rocket. Moving forward you will definitely get good hikes at rocket than wipro. Wipro will gibe you 0 hike next year saying that your salary is above market reference. More over your learning curve and experience will have a great shape in a product based one.
