ps: i have already accepted offer from hive pro and have asked them to shift joining date twice due to not being able to secure early release, and now that i have offer from porter i am feeling a bit guilty.
please tell me if you were in my place what would you have choosen.

No need to feel guilty. Any of these 3 companies are not doing any favour to you.
Post taxes i don't think there will be much difference in the pay.
