Hello guys
I have two offers opentext: 20 lpa fixed (Bengaluru) NielsenIQ: 16.5 fixed + 1.3 variable (Pune)
Basically I am from Mumbai and thinking of going to Pune since it's near my home location.. but the ctc difference seems a little more.. I have heard NielsenIQ is still doing wfh only
I need your suggestion guys. please let me know your thoughts..

I would have chosen the pune one because I will definitely be spending much much more than the difference in salary. Just to get food, water, travel, stay the cost will be much more than those 2-3 extra lacks.
Secondly, I would ask you to negotiate with pune company to match bangalore offer. Just tell them location is pune only. Otherwise they will not match.
