I work at a PBC Mid scale startup. 2.5 YoE. Kinda getting stale here and also has been a toxic year. Typical Lala company.

Offer at hand is 27 fixed + 4 performance linked component. I feel it’s a good time to jump.

The catch is that new company is an SBC. I’ll be working on a pretty kickass codebase as backend engineer but it will be for a client based out of NY. The new tech stack would be a breathe of fresh air and I’ll get to work with amazing people from the US.

Thoughts?
