Question: Shall I accept 45L Or Push harder for 50L base?

As it’s difficult to get but this is the milestone I want to achieve 😐

the market is flaky and looks tough to get 50L w/o having any offer,

There will be surcharge for income more than 50L. The diff is not much post tax, only use is small edge to negotiate next CTC with CCTC

It's already a great offer. You'll reach your milestone in a single appraisal. So don't let it go.
If it's any other parameters like wlb, job role, flexibility, you can take a step back and think. But if it's just about your milestone, don't let it hold you back.
