Offer Confusion

Hi GVs,

I'm trying to switch and currently have two offers in hand but am confused which one I should go for. Domain- SAP Data Migration TOE- 3.5 yrs Prefered location - Mumbai

  1. Deloitte USI- CTC- 14 , Pune
  2. EY GDS - CTC-13. 5, Mumbai

PS:- For Deloitte i tried for location change but they are not agreeing as the Mumbai location headcount is already full for external hires.
