Offer confusion | Help please 🥺

Hi Techies,

My LWD is in mid-December 2025.

Due to no onboarding after mid-December in Deloitte, my offer was released with a mid-January 2026 joining date.

I accepted the Deloitte offer.

I have another MNC offer with a mid-December joining date.

Both offers have the same package.

What should I do?

With a confused mind, should I ignore other mnc and wait for Deloitte onboarding in mid-January, or should I join the other MNC in mid-December?

Please give some inputs.
