I need your opinion about 2 companies. I have 2 offers in hand. Im currently located in Bangalore.

1. NoventiQ (value point systems) Bangalore - work from office all 5 days , salary : 1,12,000 per month

2- Persistent systems- Mumbai- hybrid (2 days from office), Salary 1,20,000 per month.

Please suggest based on living cost and the expenses and the company wise
