Hey all, I have offers from GE Digital and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG).
Please help me decide which to choose, in terms of culture, type of work and everything. GE location is Bangalore and UKG location is Noida.
CTC of UKG is a little higher than GE but in hand at the end of 1st year is approx same in both.
P.S. I am a 2024 grad and more inclined towards cloud and DevOps domain.
