Offer comparison

Hello ,

I have received these two offers. Which is better in terms of growth and learning? Both have similar role focused majorly on the frontend side

Ibm labs has really good products to work with, Im in the design system team here so I can say work culture in my team is really nice

I wouldn't join either of them.

I recommend you search for better companies. With 4 YOE you can easily get 30-40 LPA base.

My friend recently joined a company with 3 YOE and got 25 base. She did not even negotiate bcoz that was more than her expectations.
