Offer Comparison – FinTech Company vs. New Relic | SDE 2

Hi Community, I need your opinion on my offers.

Context: I joined a fintech company three weeks ago, but I have now received an offer from New Relic for an SDE-2 role. would you recommend switching? Is it advisable to leave a company within a month of joining?

A FinTech company - Joined 3 weeks ago Role: SDE 2 1st Year TC: 32 Base + 3 JB + 2 Retention Bonus + 1 ESOPs ≈ 38 LPA

New Relic Role: SDE 2 1st Year TC: 38 Base + 2 Perf Bonus ≈ 40 LPA
