Offer Amout Negotiation

Hi, I have 4.5 years of experience. Currently I am serving notice and last month is left. I have only one offer letter as of now from Cognizant. I want to negotiate for a little higher amount but how to do that, my joining date is also very close. I am kind of scared as to what to do, please suggest.
