Offer after laid off

I got offer from Optym as a frontend developer. I got recently laid off and even after clearing all round i got ghosted by tiger Analytics discussing all things and later saying you were not stable. Kotak ghosted he didn’t get feedback on last round. Finally, I got offer from Optym. They gave 20% hike too. I am looking for some stable company so just want to know how is this company?
