I have got a offer with 60% hike.But it is based on my current CTC before year end review hike. I am have also asked for promotion as I being in same designation for 2 years. But it is not yet confirmed.
So should I accept this offer or wait for year end appraisal and promotion hike?

Don't be a fool. Accept the offer atleast. That doesn't mean you have to join....you can drop mail to management mentioning your hike percentage and negotiate

60% is huge…take the offer and resign and do offer shopping on notice period
