Offer acceptance doubt

I have received an offer letter from TCS and it is mentioned as valid for 6 days. Could you please clarify what this means? If I accept the offer, would I still be able to consider other opportunities?

It means that you need to accept the offer within 6 days, or else that offer will be considered revoked automatically.
And yes, after accepting it, you can still search for other offers.
