I have been offered in Accenture for a role data analyst with package 6.35 ( 5.25 fixed + vp) for 2.10 years of experience .. it is good to move from wipro with this offer..
Current CTC in wipro is 4 lpa.. with no hike from last year and not getting project currently in free pool. But I will be getting bonus in next 2 months in wipro
Please suggest me what is the best move at this situation
Leave wipro. You never know what will happen with you in this 2 year lock period. If by mistake you will got released from your project and not able to find any other project with in 45 days. You will not pay for 3 month and then you have to resign and also they will ask you 2 lac bonus also. It is better to Move from this company.

Wipro is far better than Accenture
Accenture is also the same, accept the offer and look for better opportunities in the notice period
They are lowballing you. Look for minimum 9 Lpa
