Offer 18 CTC from TCS( total exp 4.3 yrs)

should i join to TCS(3rd switch), now have 13 CTC(11 fixed) and in current org 7 months exp, and i am going to switch.

I have two doubt,

1. will it give much benefits after tax with the package than current package

2. will it cause any when i will change job again, it will be my 3 job change in tcs, later i will face any issue , just only 7 months in accenture and changing job
