Off topic life decisions

I am a data engineer and I work in a MNC Bangalore with 11 LPA and my hometown is Odisha there is one company my friend reported me there there they told me they will give max 30% hike I have 3.8 years of experience so I am 27 years oldso I am little bit confused so in that company or I will join some big company with better hike or I will stay in my hometown if I go to my hometown right now then there is no going back I’ll stay there forever so give your opinion what to do
