Odc head counts being traced

I got to know from one of the the team member that they are tracing the odc head counts. So if you are doing punch- in, punch out only. You should also do it in odc . Is this true? Or just another thing for micro- management. TCS Bangalore, any idea?

Well tcs upper management & hr people don't have any skills that's why it is expected from them that they are doing such kind of activities without any doubt. All Thanks to these dumb a$$ due to which other peer companies are focusing on growth and innovations and moving way ahead.
