Trending @Capgemini; October month 13 days work from office
We were told that the month of October has 21 working days so 60% of that is 13 days which should be reported to the office.
But I have taken 2 leaves so does that make my working days 19 and 60% of that is 12(11.4) days.
So, should I report to the office for 13 or 12 days ?
2 leaves if you have an optional holiday then the count comes to 18 days and then you only have to complete 10 days which is possible or if you take 1 or 2 more leaves then it's 9 days. But the main issue is our hardwork to fix bugs and build something new is getting dull right now. Innovation is completely gone right now everybody talks only about office days. In this way, we are not going to become a successful country ever in the future.
I want to innovate I want to work hard but these people are not giving any work that is the problem.
11.4 should be rounded down to 11. So, 11 days is fine. If it is >=11.5, then 12 days
So this month we have 2 days holiday and I’m planning to take leave for 3 days so how many days I need to do wfo?
12 only
If you do 12 days cumulative where you go 3 days a week then it’s enough. Doesn’t matter how many days are there it has to be minimum 12 days.
