Trending @Capgemini; October cycle for promotion!

Hey guys,

I was expecting a promotion in the month of April however they didn't promote me and after an uproar because I had good ratings the HR informed me that they are considering my profile for promotion nominations in this upcoming cycle that's the October one. So, by when should I expect the email and letter as per the process? And if not received by when should I start chasing them again.
