I’ve been living abroad for over 5 years and am planning to move back to India soon. As an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), I’m keen to understand the practicalities of life in India for someone in my position.

How has being an OCI affected your ability to start a business, become a company director, or work for Indian companies? Are there any restrictions, limitations, or unique challenges that you’ve encountered?
