OCI IC3 sse offer evaluation

Currently sde2 (in3) at walmart, Total comp ~40 ~30 fixed ~5 bonus ~5 rsu

Oracle cloud offer SSE role ~58 ctc ~38 fixed 20 rsu

I am moving from a sde2 to a senior software role so , there will be additional responsibilities, and i have heard that oci is super hectic, so i want to be fairly compensated as well. For those working here, is this a decent range or am i being lowballed for a sse role? I am also interviewing at other companies, should i negotiate more for a sse or it is a decent and fair for sse at oci?
