When we get an ocean test during probation or after? Does it affect the probation period if we fail in that test?

I think the ocean is very subjective and might not affect your deployment much but if you're looking to change into a specific field you might want to try giving the assessment. I think right now the portal for self nomination is open so you can nominate yourself for up to 3 certifications.

Also probation depends on BU. Our batch received an email that we are done with probation and are now permanent employees in 5 months instead of 6.
