OBC (NCL) certificate
Anyone have an idea if we are doing a private job and as per rule below 8 LPA annual family income eligible for OBC (NCL) certificate. As per rule for OBC only parents income calculate for annual yearly income. I need for banking exam Is it correct?

But I confirm which one person who is doing this process told only mother and father income includes.
We can show our income but not include
I think it combines the entire family income, including yours.
On the other hand, literally every OBC and Upper caste guys who don't qualify Creamy or EWS (above 8 lpa) wouldn't hesitate to fake income certificates. I've personally seen atleast 3 people faking their income certificate for benefits. It is really easy to do it when you're working in unorganised sector or run a business.
Not suggesting you to violate laws but I'm just pointing out this is a big flaw and govt needs to fix this exploitation.
