NVIDIA Offer: ARM WINDOWS

I have got offer from Nvidia for graphics department. It is IC4 role for Arm chipset development.

I want to know if someone from Nvidia can tell me about the work life balance and company culture.

I have to move to Pune so wanted to know how the overall review is for Pune. Is it better to move from BLR?
