Nutanix or Oracle OCI

Oracle OCI is paying almost 15% more than Nutanix

Work at Nutanix seems interesting to me but I won’t be eligible for appraisal for next 1.5 yrs. Oracle’s work I’m not sure right now. I have just got the verbal offer from them with rough numbers

(And that means I’m not gonna stay at Nutanix as well and will switch to a better company in terms of brand and compensation both and might switch within some time. Right now, I need to get into one of these two, as I was impacted due to layoffs and I’m jobless for last 2.5 months)
