December has total 23 working days. Out of which I took 15 days leave. Then out of 8 working days, I went to office for 4 days. Will it affect my rating, hike?

@PapaChico 75% is calculated on what basis? What is the total number of days upon which the 75% is calculated?

That's what I've said I'm not aware how this is calculated

If you're from I&D, they have taken a BTO data dump from Jan to Oct and have set a cut off % of 75% for office attendance. Now I'm not sure how they are calculating this like whether they'll be calculating it on a monthly basis or they'll be calculating it in a cumulative manner
