NSA good for me or change the job

I am a Technology Analyst at Infosys with 5Yoe and salary is 5.68lpa and working as bods developer. Manager asked for towork till 11 or 11:30 and nsa will be provided. How much NSA will we be getting? Can you comment or suggest next steps towards career.
