I am trying to exit from NPS , but it's showing as claim Id not available. For getting Claim ID what should be the process?

You can't exit from NPS from Infy, it's related to central government. You will get all settlement after your retirement. Once you joined your next company, you can change the CBO name and registration through you new employer.
