You can set up monthly payment by setting up NPS amount in BoB. Works like SIP. You can set this up and cancel it accordingly, 4 times in a year, just like you can redefine your BoB 4 times in a year, at max

Oh is it. So it will be deducted from salary just like VPF?

You can login to HDFC NPS portal or NPS mobile app.

Track it from the CRA's website or app. CRA is the one where you registered, it must be protean for you.

You can track it on NPS portal, need to have account + up to 10% of basic can be contributed every month towards it from your salary. Need to declare in BOB. You can pick the fund per your choice and it is a good tool for generating retirement corpus.

That NPS account is with you. You can withdraw when you retired or when needed. Just like PF account.

NPS is a very good investment option. It's linked to ULIP and gives a good return, which you can always check on the nsdl portal.

For every investment, it deducts POP charges. So I prefer to pay quality instead of monthly.

For beginners, if you pay 12 equal installments, then Govt gives you 1 extra installment to your account for 3 consecutive years. (Not sure if it's still giving, but I had enjoyed the scheme)

For Central govt. employees, Pension schemes were stopped from 2005 and introduced NPS. Which can be done by any body (govt or pvt employee or business man). No Govt employee joined after 2005 are getting Pension now a days. All are registered in NPS.

Can anyone explain what actually is the difference between corporate NPS and personal NPS? Plus what is the actual benefit of having a corporate one? What is TCS contribution to our corporate NPS?

There are 2 things one for ur one time contribution in a year when market is down via logging in hdfc enps.so u will get best return. Another way nps deduction monthly from ur salary as Bob cut off.so when that month market is at high u will get less return.but investing in nps is very beneficial
