Working as a full stack developer with java and reactjs, having 2 years and 8 months of exp.
Looking for a switch, created job profile on naukri, indeed also searching on linkedin.
Getting very calls from recruiters, after telling them about my 90 days NP, Salary expectations they don't call back 😔.
Even after receiving mails and telling them about the days for interview schedule they don't reply back.
Feels like stuck in current company with no hike, no career growth.
Don't know where I'm lacking. Could anyone pls guide me on this ?
