NP negotiation in TCS

I see in the market everybody is looking for immediate joiners or max 60 days NP, Is there a way we can negotiate NP in TCS ?

Please dont put any resignation with out any offers in hand. My suggestion very simple.

  1. In All job portals keep 1 month u can join.
  2. Confirm to all recruiters ur currently bench .
  3. If any recruiters ask as per policy TCS 90 days , but clarify to them policies changed in TCS if ur in bench max 1 week HR released out of TCS
  4. If ur in project ask ur manager if no dependency no T&M project ask for release .

A trick you can use ( I don’t recommend this though) is put your resignation letter and ask for project release.
While on bench, you can get release from TCS very soon.
