Am about to get released from my current project and i have an offer in hand but they want me to join in 45 days. Can i negotiate my Np in this situation? If yes whom to ask? my current manager? or to RMG after getting released? Pls let me know

You have to ask RMG after your release. You can move out within 15 days.

Do they give release? Or do they ask to serve 90 days NP?

Don't talk to HR for early release....they might create problem. Silently come on bench first. RMG themself will ask for early release. As soon as 7 days. Before coming on bench and spending few days, Pretend like you don't care.
