I have worked in 5 MNCs i will rate based on my experience
Wipro/TCS/ capgemini are the worst in order. HCL/IBM best👍🏻
Can u clarify why ibm HCl are good Give some points
Flexibility to work from home, even before covid. No dependency on one resource, backup for every single resource. Leave appraisal etc are very transparent.
These are just some. Again it may vary from individual to individual based on project & management.Maybe i got lucky. But i would always want to go backand work there.

With 5 days WFO and mandatory 9 hours in office, I would say it’s TCS. Though I’ve immense amount of gratitude to have a job currently considering my skillset and the current market condition, I feel TCS will be the place where Ione will work as they have no choice.
Only experience with tcs but I'd say it's a strong contender.
